In this episode I talk to you about the 5 tips I personally use to keep myself from going down the spiral of overwhelm and exhaustion after a busy day. This is perfect for the busy working mom that is tired of he stress and exhaustion from being and doing it all.
Schedule time for a divine self care ritual in the morning and evening. Rituals can include exercising, meditating, reading, writing, looking at your vision board, or saying affirmations.
Make time for lunch and meal breaks, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Turn technology off, don’t try and multi-task, just enjoy your meal.
Keep a journal at the end of each day. Share your thoughts and feelings for the day. Write in your journal like you’re talking to your best friend—let everything out.
Declutter your home, office, and car. Get rid of anything that doesn’t make your life easier or more beautiful.
Get help to figure out the deep down cause of your overwhelm and get a plan for fixing it. (Sometimes you just need to get out a head of it.)
