Today we are going to explore the the 3 beliefs I
feel you must have before you can truly transform your confidence
level. I tell you how my struggles as a curvy woman effected
my life and then the beliefs needed to move out of the low self
I then give you 3 action steps to start working on
3 Beliefs you must have to grow your confidence
- You are worth of having a self esteem that feels
- You have to believe that things can change when you
take positive actions on/for yourself.
- Trust Your Guide (similar to shinny object
syndrome), trust the process and know that the plan I have laid out
is what they need.
- List out what you believe about
yourself. It is ok
if this is painful. Just brain dump and be
- List out what you want to believe about
dream and go big with this one.
- Visualize what your life would be like if you felt
more empowered and confident. What would
change? What would
be better? Who all
would be positivity effected by it?
